sounds like you need to change needles mate not leadcore. The leadcore isnt snapping the needles are.

I have snapped 2 korda needles in 2 attempts. No matter how many vids of splicing leadcore I watch I can’t do it. I have to pull and tug so hard I just keep snapping using kilston score. I only use leg core when fish up a bank to try and keep my line pinned

i use the esp stuff, does the job. Snapped plenty of needles tho
