very new - be gentle

Hi All,

Bought some gear from Gavfish on Ebay, he told me about this site, thought i would give it a whirl.

Ive been back into coarse fishing for a couple of years, Pole is now being left at home in favour of the rods. I'm not to bothered if i don't catch much, but would like to start targetting the bigger fish. From up North but visit family in Kidderminster regularly and like going to Furnace Mill and Docklow match pool, does anybody know any better venues please let me know.

Welcome mate, can't help you with venues in that area sadly as i'm from a bit further south. But I'm sure someone might be able to help you out or offer advice. I'd quite often looked at docklow pools to visit for a holiday venue after their catfish.

Havent fished the 2 fisheries you have mentioned either but starting a new topic on each of them in the UK Venues section of the forum is your best bet for the easist place for most members to see.
