Where to fish this weekend?

Want to fish somewhere with a good chance of a few runs this weekend, there is a good chance I may only get time to do a day session. Anyone now of any lakes that are doing ok at the moment after my last 2 day sessions ending in 1 carp would like to try another lake

Ever fished Drayton? Their still on the munch in there and there are thousands of them so its usually good for a bite or 2. Average size mid-doubles but its not to everyones liking. <!-- s:idea: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_idea.gif" alt="" title="Idea" /><!-- s:idea: -->

Clattercote or Stockton Reservoir both good for a few bites to mate.
Looking for something a little harder get yourself on Mitre Pool at Bishops Bowl.

Cheers for the advice not fished Drayton before but I see most people fishing it do well, going for the day tomorrow I think I will give Stockton a go Gav did ok there in August. Will let you know how I get on!

Tight Lines mate hope you land a few. Im jealous as im back at work in an hour after 2 weeks off.

I ended up with 5 carp biggest was 11lb 8oz and my mate had 4 biggest 10lb so not a bad session most the others fishing gave up after a couple of hours so we were the only ones on it for the afternoon. Im not sure when I will have chance to go again got a busy few weeks ahead.
