At what depth does weed no grow at? Would there be enough light for it to grow at 20 foot plus?

Obviously it depends on water clarity how far the suns energy can reach, but there is types of algae / weed that can grow at 30 foot depths given the right conditions but it won't be as dense at those depths. Are you thinking about fishing the abyss in the middle of the mitre pool mate ?

Yep Thinking ahead ready for the winter. Guessing not too many baits get put down there so was thinking about rig presentation in the depths.
