What kind of angler are you?

I have tried it all from puddles to the sea, I enjoy any kind of fishing weather it be chucking a fly at a waiting trout or sitting on deck at sea. Are you set in your ways or do you fish like me how ever the mood takes you

Im mainly a carper but love turning my attention to other species. Spinning for Pike and Zander, river Chub and Perch or trying the local canal for whatever i can catch. Be it sat static behind my bite alarms, watching a float trot down a river or working my way along the canal spinning im happy as long as im on the banks.

So far in my fishing life i have been 100% carp 100% of the time. I love them. Im more than happy sat behind my rods waiting for the alarms to sound.

I started off as general coarse fisherman then went in to match fishing and then turned my attentions to carp soley apart from the odd fly fishing trip and boat trip on the coast during the old closed season i have been after carp for about twenty five years ,but i definately see myself becoming a bit of an all rounder this coming year as i have lots of big roach and bream and perch in my syndicate water that i am definately going to target this year

a fed up one! I was all about carp since i was about 16 but i'd say im leaning more towards an all rounder now. Been targeting pike in the winters without much success for the last 4 years. I've caught plent of pike just never seem to connect with the larger girls.

I still thoroughly enjoy a days float fishing for any type of fish. I'm looking to do some river fishing this year as i really haven't done much at all. I've only ever caught 2 chub out of rivers and never a barbel. So i have bought myself a centerpin, and will be joining a local angling club with some river stretches to fish.

summer im after carp winter im after chub.
