Anyone got any nice easy one pot, or pan, recipes for overnighters? Can be any ingredients you want but be dam nice to eat.

Mine is 3 eggs, 2 frankfurters chopped up roughly, and a couple of slices of ham shreded roughly. Whisk up the eggs, warm the pan on the stove and add other ingredients after a couple of minutes stirring every few seconds until egg is scrambled and ham and frankfurters are warm, serve.
To spice it up a bit more you could have it in a sandwich. <!-- s:idea: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_idea.gif" alt=":idea:" title="Idea" /><!-- s:idea: -->

Checkbook and pen......again!!!!

sounds tasty, but I would probably break the eggs before I was ready lol. I normally survive on packet noodles with a packet of cup a soup mixed in for extra stoge and flavour. I do cereals in the morning or a few of those &quot;poo yourself thin&quot; bars, I like to travel light and fast so my cooking equipment is minimal.

Easy this one.
Take 4 rashers of bacon. Get a pan very hot over stove. Add bacon to it. Cook to liking. Get 2 slices of bread complement with ketchup or brown sauce. Slam bacon in between the slices of bread. Enjoy. ;)

sausage, bacon and egg, bread, and a cup of tea,
steak, with boiled spuds out of the tin, cut up and fry'd in the pan for a few minutes.
sausage with smash and beans.
stagg chilli out of the tin, very nice.
all day breakfast from the local supermarket, about £1.20 a tin.
failing that its the good old faithful, pot noodle, jammie dodgers, and plenty of tea.....
