I went fishing today to BillingAquadrome with Jack. We were getting used to fishing with those waggler float things and those wriggly baits that you stick directly onto a titchy hooks. Jack caught more than me (especially trees) but I wondered if anyone fancies the idea of spending a weekend down there in a static, fish during the day and drink like a fish in the evenings :D , chase some ladies and go home stinking of fish , the wife wont suspect a thing......

Yeah there are lots of Carp in there, one chap had a 14 lber out while we were there and other anglers had stories of even bigger carp. At on epoint we stood on a bridge overlooking one of the channels between the lakes and saw a carp of around about 12-14 lbs milling about under our feet so to speak. Best thing was the bayleaf didnt come round so we didnt have to pay owt lol. There is a tackle shop on site that is bursting with kit.
