January catch results

Let 2010 make the alarms scream!!!!!

Finally got out and did a couple of hours fishing today. Not carping but on the canal dead-baiting. I managed 1 but ionly small but carping in the rain all day tomorrow <!-- s:idea: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_idea.gif" alt="" title="Idea" /><!-- s:idea: -->

Waiting and waiting Friday morning for the rain to stop. Decided it werent going to around 11 am and headed to Stockton Resse and fished peg 59. Had a 12lb 12oz mirror within 5 mins of the first chuck and half hour later landed and 13lb 8oz common on my other rod. Stayed for another hour without a sniff of a bite and decided to call it a day. Bloke fishing peg 53 had 4 pasties all day 2 while i was there on 3 rods and another bloke on the far side around peg 42 had a few runs as hear his alarm. Will put up pics tomorrow when at home.

Cant sort the pics out properly, dont know why

Fished the Lias again yesterday. Fished peg 58 from 11 til 1 then after not even a knock moved round to peg 43 with instant action within 5 minutes until i lost it in the snags infront of that peg. Landed a 7lb mirror and lost another one from the back of the far island after a 10 minute battle. Gutted but still at least i dont have to fill out the blankety blank page
