Dont see why not pal. 
Commons and mirrors should be the easiest as most lakes have both.
Crucians would be next easiest but you would have to fine down the tackle for them.
Leather proberly next hardest followed by Ghostie as not as many lakes stock these carp as the others but getting a few ghosites in your photo album is always nice especially big ones.

well im going to pitsford fishery next tuesday and they seem to have a nice variety of carp so fingers crossed

Carp fishing in a lake that holds cats could mean you end up hooking into 1 anyway.
Never hooked into one myself but have fished waters with them in as long as your careful and take your time with it you still should be able to land it.

No reason i can see why its not doable Jack.
My mini list just has a decent sized river chub over 4lb on it.
