learned alot about lookin for signs of fish which i did not know. follow the wind if its warmer than the water. <!-- s:idea: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_idea.gif" alt="" title="Idea" /><!-- s:idea: --> shame it didnt work for ian russell this time lol.
waitin after castin for line to sink to the bottom, didnt know that either, always tightened line and clipped on bobbin.

Pretty impressed myself. Learned something myself with the putting a PVA nugget over you foam on your rig. Foam stays on hook until it hits the bottom so you bait is 100% tangle free everytime your fishing single baits.
Also learned that dark line is less visable in cloudy conditions than clear line. <!-- s:idea: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_idea.gif" alt="" title="Idea" /><!-- s:idea: -->
No proper lumps in the show but looking forward to the rest of the series.

Average show imho, nothing special at all. Hope the 2nd programme a bit better.

watched this afternoons show. repeated at 12.30am tonite. the abbey challenge at abbey lakes. didnt really learn alot but there loads of nice lookin carp in it. rob hughes catchs a monster carp as well.
