after blanking so many times up nellbridge fisheries me and gave went up Clattercote Reservoir today to try and land some carp for once
We did good, both had 6 fish each

Yeah man made a change catching lol. Saw some decent sized fish on the other side of the boards to including a couple of ghosties. Makes a change going there for a run rather than the Lias but took 10 mins to walk round the lake to peg 67 but worth the mooch

Good morn. Me and Gavfish fished the brickyard late yesterday in the blistering sun floating bread (classic), With the aim of getting the old faithful big Grassie. But the rain set in. Started off well stalking out a couple of 4 lbers when going for the bigger carp but the little buggers kept on getting there first. Moved onto the top lake and had a 8lber which fort like mad my biggest of the day. Had a few more little uns all around 4lb. But still you can't not be pleased having a take on floating bread watching them come up for the take, heart pounding stuff. Final score i think was 8 - 6 to Gavfish my 8lb biggest of the day. But got informed by Gav, he later had the Grassie in the bag but something wasn't meant to be think he can explain this one.

Will have to give medz my memory card my pc dont wanna take any photos off it atm for some reason.
And yeah Trot went about half 9 and i waited for the mrs to get me at 10. The grassie had already begun circling when trot was there and taking a bit of bread. Had on last chuck at 9.50 and the beak came up and hammered it straight away and boom i was into it!!!! Rang the mrs telling her i would be late and she sped over to help with the netting of it. 20 minutes of this thing ripping line off the spool it took its first breath and then bolted again when i thought it was nearly done.
