2011 catch results

Nice one cracking fish keep it up

there are some lovely fish in there arnt there. Did you pile the bait in or use small selective tactics? Im on a few other websites and some would suggest that the bait is piled in 5 kg at a time in order to get the fish to feed.

Had peach @ 18lb 14oz last night about 11. About to pack up and put the carp gear away until March 2012.... It's piking time !

Nice mate, well done. Looking forward to a few pike photos from you over the winter to then JamMa. Not often we have Pike photos on this forum and they are the monsters of our waters.

Started my winter canal carp campaign today as could get out for a few short hours. Done 12.30-3.30pm using 1 rod and after 10 minutes landed a 1lb Bream off my pre-baited spot. It then went dead.

So when a couple of boats came along decided to give it 10 minutes of spinning and after the 6th cast hooked and lost what i think was a small Zander/Pike so cast over the same spot again and on the 2nd retrieve landed this 1 1/2lb Zander.

Still baiting my spot up and hoping to have an all day session on there on Thursday so lets hope i can put a few pictures of some carp on here.

Done 12-7pm on my spot on the canal today. Managed a Bream around the 2lb mark and that was it. Best parts of the day was the 12 boats that came through and interupted most of my day and me losing my favourite lure to a snag on the bottom.
